1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land identified as “Area A” on the Designated State Public

Infrastructure Map under Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014.

4      Amendment of Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014

Clause 6.10 Arrangements for contributions to designated State public

infrastructure

Omit “the granting of development consent” from clause 6.10 (4).

Insert instead “the granting of consent to a development application”.

Insert after the paragraph:

, or

(c) the application is a staged development application.

Insert after clause 6.10:
6.11 Development on land identified as “Area A” on the Designated State Public Infrastructure Map

To avoid doubt, the amendment of clause 6.10 by Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 11) applies to the determination of a staged development application made (but not finally determined) before the commencement of that amendment.
