Application for termination of the Soil Wicks Australia Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2014.

[1] On 9 June 2020, Rycon Holdings atf The Greg Ryan Family Trust T/A Soilwicks Australia applied for the termination of the Soil Wicks Australia Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2014 (the Agreement) under s.225 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (the Act).

[2] The Application was supported by a statutory declaration of Scott Anlezark declared on 9 June 2020, which states, amongst other matters, the number of employees covered by the Agreement, and provides reason that termination of the Agreement is not contrary to the public interest.

[3] No opposition to the application was received from the employees covered by the Agreement.

[4] Pursuant to s.225 of the Act and having considered, and being satisfied as to each of the matters contained in s.226 of the Act, the Agreement is terminated.

[5] The termination will come into effect from the date of this decision.
