2 Rural Lands Protection (Declaration of Plants) No. 64, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Rural Lands Protection (Declaration of Plants) Order 1993 . ˙ Declaration of tobacco weed 2.(1) Plants of the class known as ‘tobacco weed’ ( Elephantopus mollis ) are declared to be declared plants. (2) The plants mentioned in subsection (1) are— (a) declared plants in respect of the whole of the State; and (b) declared generally; and (c) assigned to category P2 for the purposes of the Act. ˙ Declaration of thunbergia 3.(1) Plants of the class known as ‘thunbergia’ ( Thunbergia grandiflora ) are declared to be declared plants. (2) The plants mentioned in subsection (1) are— (a) declared plants in respect of the parts of the State mentioned in the Schedule; and (b) declared generally; and (c) assigned to category P2 for the purposes of the Act. ˙ Repealed order 4. The order in council made under the Act, and published in the Gazette on 28 March 1987 at page 1313, is repealed.
