Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Rural Lands Protection Act 1998.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to remove a requirement that a transported stock statement include the address and driver licence number of the person in charge of the stock during transportation. The name and telephone number of the person in charge of the stock, and other particulars of the stock set out in section 140B of the Rural Lands Protection Act 1998, will continue to be required.

This Regulation is made under the Rural Lands Protection Act 1998, including sections 140B (1) (h) (which provides for additional stock transportation particulars to be prescribed) and 243 (the general regulation-making power).

NSW legislation website.

Clause 50 Stock transportation particulars

Omit “, address, driver licence number” from clause 50 (a).
