CORRECTION NOTICE

RURAL LANDS PROTECTION REGULATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

THE following errors have been detected on page 2 of the above Regulation which appeared in the Government Gazette of 1 September 1995, page 5815.

(Lines 6 and 7) The words:

“Veterinary surgeon” means a veterinary surgeon registered under

the veterinary surgeon Act 1986;

should read

“Veterinary surgeon” means a veterinary surgeon registered under

the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1986.

(Line 14) The words:
Section 3 (1)
should read
section 3 (1)
