THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under
the Rural Industries Research Act 1985.

1. The Rural Industries
Research Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 6 the following
regulations:
Grape and Wine Research Fund
“6a.
The Research Fund established under sub-section 6 (4) of the Act in respect of
prescribed goods within the meaning of the Wine
Grapes Levy Act 1979 and leviable goods within the meaning of the Grape Research Levy Act 1986 shall be
known as the Grape and Wine Research Fund.

“6b.
The Research Council established under sub-section 11 (4) in respect of
prescribed goods within the meaning of the Wine
Grapes Levy Act 1979 and leviable goods within the meaning of the Grape Research Levy Act 1986 shall be
known as the Grape and Wine Research Council”.
Schedule 2
2. Schedule 2 to the Rural
Industries Research Regulations is amended by inserting in its proper numerical
position in that Schedule each of the items set out in the Schedule to these
Regulations.
