Rural Industries Research Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Rural Industries Research Act 1985.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 January 1990.

Research component of wine grapes levy

2. Regulation 4c of the Rural Industries Research Regulations is amended by omitting “subparagraph 6 (1) (a) (ii) or (b) (ii)” and substituting “paragraph 6 (1) (g)”.
