Rural Industries Research Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under
the
Dated 10 April 1990.

Regulation 4 of the Rural Industries Research Regulations is amended by inserting after subregulation (2) the following subregulation:
“(2a)
The whole of the levy imposed by the
(a) to be the research component; and
(b) to be attached to the Special Research Fund and the Special Research Council with effect from 1 April 1990.”
