Rural Industries Research Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Rural Industries Research Act 1985.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Rural Industries Research Regulations.

Levies prescribed, declared to be attached etc.

2. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (2a) “imposed by the Goat Fibre Levy Act 1989” and substituting “specified in Column 2 of an item in Schedule 2a”; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (2a) (b) “1 April 1990” and substituting “the day specified in Column 3 of that item”.

3. The Principal Regulations are amended by inserting after Schedule 2 the following Schedule:
