RURAL FIRES ACT 1997 No 65—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) ANTHONY MURRAY GLEESON, A.C., Lieutenant-Governor.

I, the Honourable A. M. Gleeson, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Rural Fires Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1997 as the day on which that Act commences.
