1913, as amended by subsequent Acts, is amoiuled— 1913,

(a)	by omitting from subsection three of section tliree the words ” one thousand two liimdrcd pounds” and by in.sorting in lien thereof the words “ one thousand eiglit hundred pounds” ;
(b)	by omitting from the same subsection the word “ three-four tbs” and by inserting in lion tliercof the word “ four-fifths.”
