Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the RuralandRegionalAdjustmentRegulation 2011. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Approval of schemes—Act, s 11) (1) Section 3, after ‘approved’— insert— ‘under section 11(1)(c) of the Act’. (2) Section 3— insert— ‘(2) Each scheme mentioned in schedule 16 is approved under section 11(4) of the Act.’. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Continuation of particular schemes for particular purposes) Section 6(1)(a), ‘the repealed’— omit, insert— ‘the schedule of the repealed’. 5 Amendment of schs 1–15 Schedules 1 to 15, headings, ‘section 3’— omit, insert— ‘section 3(1)’.
