s1 2 s3 Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2005 No. 132, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the RuralandRegionalAdjustmentRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of schedule (Approved assistance schemes) (1) Schedule, section 15(a), ‘; or’— omit, insert— ‘; and’. (2) Schedule, section 15(b)(ii), ‘; or’— omit, insert— ‘; and’. (3) Schedule, section 21(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) An applicant may, in each financial year, make more than 1 application for assistance. ‘(2A) However, the amount paid to an applicant in each financial year must not be greater than the maximum contribution to the applicant’s approved costs that is determined under section 22(1).’. (4) Schedule, section 21(2A) to (5)— renumber as schedule, section 21(3) to (6). (5) Schedule, section 22(1), before ‘year’— insert— ‘financial’. (6) Schedule, section 25(1)(a)(ii)— renumber as schedule, section 25(1)(a)(iii).
