s1 2 s3 Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2007 No. 55, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the RuralandRegionalAdjustmentRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of schedule (Approved assistance schemes) (1) Schedule, section 93(8), after ‘existing loans’— insert— ‘unless the purchase was made more than 1 year before the producer lodged an application for assistance’. (2) Schedule, section 181(1)(b), ‘20’— omit, insert— ‘100’.
