Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the RuralandRegionalAdjustmentRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 2A (Application of pt 2) Section 2A, ‘section 8(2)(h)’— omit, insert— ‘section 8(2)(i)’. 4 Amendment of pt 5 (Transitional provisions for Rural Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2006) Part 5, heading, after ‘Rural’— insert— ‘ and Regional ’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Approved assistance schemes) (1) Schedule, section 159, from ‘be made’— omit, insert— ‘be— (a) made— (i) on the authority’s application form; or (ii) with an application under the restructure assistance scheme or exit assistance scheme; and (b) given to the authority before 17 December 2010.’.
