Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2009 . 2 Commencement Section 4(4) to (7) is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the RuralandRegionalAdjustmentRegulation 2000. 4 Amendment of schedule (Approved assistance schemes) (1) Schedule, section 47(1)(d), ‘for on-farm activities’— omit, insert— ‘for on-farm activities for which a licence, permit, approval or other authority under an Act is required’. (2) Schedule, section 49(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) Payment may be made to the primary producer only if the primary producer gives the authority an invoice or receipt as evidence for the amounts to be paid.’. (3) Schedule, section 49(4)— omit. (4) Schedule, section 95(3)(d)(i), note, ‘30 June 2009’— omit, insert— ‘30 June 2010’. (5) Schedule, section 98A, ‘30 June 2009’— omit, insert— ‘30 June 2010’.
