Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the RuralandRegionalAdjustmentRegulation 2011. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Approval of schemes—Act, s 11) Section 3(1), ‘1 to 15 and 17 to 26’— omit, insert — 1 to 6, 20, 21, 23 and 25 4 Insertion of new pt 4, div 3 Part 4— insert — Division 3 Transitional provision for Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 8 Saving of operation of particular schedules Schedules 12 and 24, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, are declared to be laws to which the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 20A applies. 5 Amendment of sch 6 (Small Business Emergency Assistance Scheme) (1) Schedule 6, section 5(5), before ‘small’— insert — Page 2 2014 SL No. 51
