s1 2 s3 Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 10, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Rural and Regional Adjustment Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the RuralandRegionalAdjustmentRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of schedule (Approved assistance schemes) (1) Schedule, section 89, definition EC year — omit. (2) Schedule, section 89— insert— ‘ EC period means a period for which an EC declaration applies and for which assistance may be given under a rural adjustment scheme.’. (3) Schedule, sections 93(2) to (4), 94(3), 95(6), 96(2) and 98(1), ‘EC year’— omit, insert— ‘EC period’. (4) Schedule, section 93(4), ‘that year’— omit, insert— ‘that EC period’. (5) Schedule, section 94(4), ‘years’— omit, insert— ‘EC periods’. (6) Schedule, section 94(4), ‘year’— omit, insert— ‘EC period’.
