I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Statutory Rules Publication Act 1903.

What constitutes making of a Statutory Rule

Regulation 3 of the Rules Publication Regulations is amended by inserting “(other than the power to make rules under sub-section 7z (2) of the Evidence Act 1905)” after “power”.
