(No. 2) 2007

Made by Racing and Wagering Western Australia with the approval of the Commission under section 120 of the Act.

1.            Citation

These rules are the Rules of Wagering Amendment Rules

2.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Rules of
Wagering 2005*.

3. Rule 43 amended
Rule 43(2) is amended as follows:

(a)	in paragraph (b)(i) by deleting "and the wager is requested more than 2 minutes prior to the advertised start time of the race";
(b)

in paragraph (b)(i) by deleting "$5 000:" and inserting " $2 500 ";

(c)	by deleting paragraph (b)(ii) and "and" after it;
(d)	by inserting at the end of paragraph (b)(i) to (v) — " and ";
(e)	by inserting at the end of paragraph (c)(i) and (ii) — " and ".
