Rules of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory2 (Amendment)

WE, Judges appointed under sub-section 7 (1) of the Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court Act 1933, hereby make the following Rules of Court under section 28 of that Act

Indorsement of notice as to stay of proceedings

 1. Rule 6 of Order 4 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory is amended—

• (a)

  by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) “$198” and substituting “$223”;

• (b)

  by omitting from paragraph (4) (a) “$230” and substituting “$255”; and

• (c)

  by omitting from paragraph (4) (b) “$230” and substituting “$255”.

Application

 2. The amendments effected by rule 1 apply to writs issued on or after 4 October 1982.
