WE, Judges appointed under sub-section 7 (1) of the Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court Act 1933, hereby make the following Rule of Court under section 28 of that Act.

Rule 3 of Order 61 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory is amended by inserting in paragraph (a)—

“Order 39, rule 26”
