“1. In this Order, unless the contrary intention appears—
‘Director’ has the same meaning as in the Ordinance;
‘Ordinance’ means the
Mental Health Ordinance 1983 ;‘prescribed representative’ has the same meaning as in the Ordinance.
“2. All proceedings under the Ordinance shall be heard in chambers.
“3. (1) A reference in this Order to a form by number shall be read as a reference to the form so numbered in the Tenth Schedule.
“(2) Where, under this Order, the use of a form in the Tenth Schedule is required, a form which does not differ materially from the form in the Tenth Schedule shall, unless the Court otherwise orders, be taken to comply with that requirement.
“(3) Forms in the Tenth Schedule shall be used where they are applicable to the circumstances, and where they are not applicable forms of like character with such variations as the circumstances shall require shall be used.
“4. An application under
sub-section 28 (2) of the Ordinance shall be by
“5. The summons may be in Form 2, and shall, together with copies of all affidavits relied on by the applicants, be served on the respondents, being the parties designated in paragraphs 28 (6) (b) (c) (d) and (e) of the Ordinance.
“6. The person in respect of whom the order is sought may appear to the summons by his prescribed representative.
“7. A treatment order may be in Form 3.
“8. An application under section 43 of the Ordinance in respect of an order made under sub-section 34 (2) of the Ordinance shall be by notice for further consideration of the summons, supported by affidavit.
“9. If the applicant was not a party to the summons he shall upon filing and serving the notice be deemed to be a party thereto for all purposes.
“10. The notice may be in Form 4, and shall be filed and served upon all parties to the summons, together with copies of all affidavits relied on.
“11. An application under section
57 of the Ordinance shall be by

“13. The summons together with copies of all affidavits relied on shall be served on the respondents.
