WE, Judges appointed under subsection 7 (1) of the Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court Act 1933, hereby make the following Rule of Court under section 28 of that Act.

Indorsement of notice as to stay of proceedings

Rule 6 of Order 4 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) “$411” and substituting “$471”; and

(b) by omitting from subrule (4) “$462” (wherever occurring) and substituting “$522”.
