Rules of the Council of Legal Education

(Amendment No. 1) 1996

PURSUANT to the authority conferred on the Council of the Council makes the following Rules:

1. Title

These Rules may be cited as the "Rules of the
Council of Legal Education (Amendment No. 1)

1996".

2. Principal Rules

In these Rules the 1Rules of the Council of Legal Education 1993 are called "the Principal Rules".

3. Amendment to Rule 30(3)

Rule 30(3) of the Principal Rules is amended by
inserting the words "the Solicitor to State Trustees
Limited" in place of the words "the Solicitor to the

Public Trustee of Victoria".

4. Amendment to Rule 31(3)

Rule 31(3) of the Principal Rules is amended by inserting the words "seven articled clerks" in place of the words "five articled clerks" where twice appearing.
