Short title 1. These rules may be cited as the Rules of the Board of Senior Secondary School Studies Amendment Rules (No. 2) 1991 .

2 Rules of the Board of Senior Secondary School Studies Amendment Rules 1991 (No. 2) Amended rules 2. The Rules of the Board of Senior Secondary School Studies 1989 are amended as set out in these rules. Amendment of r. 3 (Rules Relating to the External Senior Examination) 3. Rule 3(a)— (1) omit ‘ *Mathematics I, *Mathematics II, *Mathematics in Society, Logic ’, insert ‘ Mathematics I, Mathematics II, Mathematics in Society (internally assessed), Mathematics in Society (externally assessed), Logic ’. (2) omit all the words after ‘ Home Management ’ , insert — ‘ (aa)In relation to the mathematics subjects— (i) Mathematics in Society (internally assessed) is incompatible with Mathematics in Society (externally assessed); and (ii) each Mathematics in Society subject is incompatible with Mathematics I and Mathematics II. ‘ (ab)A candidate is not entitled to receive, in one calendar year, certification in mathematics subjects that are incompatible with each other. ’.
