Medical Tribunal Rule Committee
THE following rule is made by the by the rule committee this day.
“Rule 11. Summonses requested by litigants in person
A request, other than by a solicitor representing a party to proceedings, that the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson summon a person must be accompanied by written reasons. The written reasons must state the relevance to the proceedings of the person sought to be summoned and of any document sought to be produced.”
