TI>E it enacted Lv the Queen’s !Most Excellent Majesty, by and with _ D the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South "Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Abolition of royally

on oysters.

1. Erom and after the commencement of this Act so mneh of the fourth section of the “ Oysters Eisheries Act of 1881” as requires that all leases granted under the said section shall he held subject to the payment of a royalty to Her ^Majesty of three shillings per hag containing not more than three bushels of oysters, shall he repealed. And from the said time all such leases shall he read as if every cove­ nant, agreement, or provision for the payment of the said royalty therein contained, were cancelled ; and as if every liability in connection witli such royalty had ceased and determined. Put nothing in this Act shall affect the past operation of the said section or any liability incurred or thing lawfully done thereunder before the commencement of this Act.

Short title.

2. This Act may he cited as the “ Loyalty on Oystex's Abolition

Act of 1887.”
