Rose Bay he vested in the Lords Commissioners oi' the Admiralty for a recreation ground for the Royal Navy: Be it therefore enacted hy the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, hy and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assemhlcd, and hy the authority of the same, as follows ;—

1 . This Act may he cited as the “ Royal Navy Recreation Short title.
Ground Act, 1910.”

Land vested in
| Lords of the | 2 . The land described in the Schedule to tliis Act is hereby transferred to and vested in the Commissioners for executing the office of Lord High Admiral for the time being, and their successors in offi.ce, in trust for a recreation ground for the Hoyal Navy, subject to the following conditions :— |
| Admiralty. |
| (a) | All minerals in such land are reserved to the Crown, and such reservation shall have effect as if made in a Crown grant. |
| (b) | If such land ceases to he used exclusively for a recreation ground for the Eoyal Navy, it shall thereupon revest in His Majesty, free from all estates, interests, and trusts affecting the same, and be Crown land Avithin the meaning and for the purposes of the CroAvn Lands Act of 1884, and any Act amending the same. |
