Rose Bay he vested in the Lords Commissioners oi' the Admiralty for a recreation ground for the Royal Navy: Be it therefore enacted hy the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, hy and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assemhlcd, and hy the authority of the same, as follows ;—

Land vested in

Lords of the	2 . The land described in the Schedule to tliis Act is hereby transferred to and vested in the Commissioners for executing the office of Lord High Admiral for the time being, and their successors in offi.ce, in trust for a recreation ground for the Hoyal Navy, subject to the following conditions :—
Admiralty.

(a)	All minerals in such land are reserved to the Crown, and such reservation shall have effect as if made in a Crown grant.
(b)	If such land ceases to he used exclusively for a recreation ground for the Eoyal Navy, it shall thereupon revest in His Majesty, free from all estates, interests, and trusts affecting the same, and be Crown land Avithin the meaning and for the purposes of the CroAvn Lands Act of 1884, and any Act amending the same.

.'54 perches: Commencing on the north-western s-ide of the New South Head Road at a point bearing south 61 degrees 12 minutes west 1 chain 35i''„ links from its intersection with the south-western boundary of land held under ninety-nine years’ lease by the executors of tlte late Elizalteth R.
