1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2018.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Regulation 2010.

3   Replacement of s 2 (Prescribed land—Act, s 17D)

Section 2—
omit, insert—

2   Prescribed land—Act, s 17D

(1)For section 17D of the Act, the land mentioned in schedule 1 is prescribed.

(2)A copy of each plan mentioned in schedule 1—

(a)is held by the department; and

(b)may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours at the department’s head office.
