An Act to Enable Brisbane City Council to Transfer to The Eoyal National Agricultural and bo ?L, Industrial Association of Queensland a A(*'X™AL Portion of the Land described in Certificate A ssociation of Title Number 215621 and held by the said Council as a Reserve for Public Park Purposes. [A ssented to 11 th N ovember , 1957.] E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, B by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lativeAssembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as “ The Royal short title< National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Act of 1957.” (2.) This Act shall be read as one with *“ The Royal Construc- National Agricultural and Industrial Association of tl0n' Queensland Act of 1931.” 2. (1.) Notwithstanding section seven of “ The Royal Authority to National Agricultural and Industrial Association Act of trans er' 1931,” Brisbane City Council may, and is hereby authorised to, transfer to The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland, free from the reservation hereinafter in this subsection mentioned, the estate in fee-simple whereof the said Council is, in pursuance of f“ The Real Property Acts, 1861 to 1952,” registered by Certificate of Title, Number 215621, Volume 1261, Folio 111, as the proprietor as a reserve for public park purposes in the land included in the boundaries set out in the Schedule to this Act. The said Association shall not transfer or agree to transfer the estate in iee-simple in the aforementioned land, save that the said Association may at any time re-transfer the same to the said Council to be held by it thereafter as a reserve for public park purposes. Schedule. SCHEDULE. Commencing at the southern corner of Resubdivision 1 of Subdivision 1 of Portion 331, County of Stanley, Parish of North Brisbane, City of Brisbane and bounded thence on the south-east by Resubdivision 4 bearing 225 degrees 35 minutes for one chain thirty-six links and thirty-seven one-hundredths of a link, on the north-west by a line bearing 23 degrees 30 minutes for two chains nineteen links and twenty-one one-hundredths of a link, on the north-east by Resubdivision 1 bearing 174 degrees 36 minutes for one chain six links and six one-hundredths of a link to the point of commencement.
