Royal Military College Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Discharge of cadet

1. Regulation 33 of the Royal Military College Regulations is amended

(a) by omitting sub-regulations (2), (3) and (4); and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) “by an authority” and substituting “for a reason”.

Removal of student

2. Regulation 35 of the Royal Military College Regulations is amended

(a) by omitting “Commandant” and substituting “Chief of the General Staff”; and

(b) by omitting “whose discharge had been approved by the Minister, he may, subject to the approval of the Minister” and substituting ‘‘, he may”.
