REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1956.*

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1956.

Amendment of the Royal Military College Regulations. 

Second Schedule.

The Second Schedule to the Royal Military College Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph 1 the words “subject to paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of this Schedule,” and inserting in their stead the words “subject to paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Schedule,”;

(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 1 the words “and four other subjects” and inserting in their stead the words “, a branch of Mathematics and three other subjects”;

(c) by omitting from sub-paragraph (b)of paragraph 1 the words “and three other subjects” and inserting in their stead the words “, a branch of Mathematics and two other subjects”; and

(d) by omitting paragraph 4.
