REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1956.*

the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following
Regulations under the

(2.) The rate of pay specified in sub-regulation (1.) of regulation 46 of the Royal Military College Regulations, as amended by the last preceding sub-regulation, applies in relation to service as a cadet on and after the twenty-sixth day of June, 1964.
(
a ) by omitting from paragraph (a )the words “Two shillings and sixpence” and inserting in their stead the words “Two shillings and ninepence”; and(
b ) by omitting from paragraph (b ) the words “Nine shillings and ninepence” and inserting in their stead the words “Ten shillings and threepence”.
