PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1912.

Regulations for the Royal Military College of Australia—Regulation 64—Amendment.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1912 should come into immediate operation and, further, should be taken to have come into operation on and from the first day of April, 1913, and make the Regulation to come into operation accordingly as a Provisional Regulation.

REGULATIONS FOR THE ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE OF AUSTRALIA.

Amendment.

Regulation 64 is amended as under:—

Paragraph i (b):—under the heading “Military Departments”

Delete the words “Geometrical Drawing, Descriptive and Solid Geometry.”

and insert in their stead:—“Surveying and Practical Astronomy.”

Paragraph i (c):—

Delete the words “Surveying and Practical Astronomy” and insert in their stead:—“Field Sketching.”

After paragraph 4, under the heading “Civil Departments” insert “5. Geometrical Drawing and Solid Geometry,” and amend subsequent paragraphs accordingly to “6” and “7.”
