PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903–1912.

Amendment to Royal

 Military College Regulation 6.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903–1912, should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR THE ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE OF AUSTRALIA.

III.—Admission.

Regulation 6 is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (i) after paragraph (c)the following new paragraph:—

“(c) (a) be substantially of European origin or descent of which the medical authorities appointed in that behalf under the Regulations shall be the judges.”
