REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1918, to come into operation on and from 1st January, 1925.

Regulations for the Royal Military College of Australia, 1921.

Amendment.

The following proviso is inserted at the end of sub-regulation (iii) of regulation 83:—

“Provided that in special circumstances the Minister may reduce or waive the amount to be so deducted”.
