1932. No. 15.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1927.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1927, to come into operation forthwith.

Regulations for the Royal Military College of Australia.

(Statutory Rules 1926, No. 179, as amended to this date.)

Amendment.

Regulation 58 is amended by deleting the words—

“The smoking of cigarettes is at all times prohibited. A Cadet found in possession of cigarettes is liable to punishment for disobedience of orders.”,

and substituting the words—

“The smoking of cigarettes, unless authorized by the Commandant, is forbidden.”
