REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1918, to come into operation forthwith.

Regulations for the Royal Military College of Australia 1916.

Amendment.

Regulation 81 is cancelled and the following substituted therefor:—

“81. Lecturers or Assistant Professors.

£425-£575—One biennial increment of £25.

Three annual increments of £25.

Two long service increments each of £25 after 10 and 12 years’ service respectively as Lecturers or Assistant Professors.

Professors.

£550-£700—Four annual increments of £25.

Two long service increments each of £25 per annum after 10 and 12 years’ services respectively as Professor.

All increments shall be dependent on the recommendation of the Commandant, the approval of the Minister, and provision being made by Parliament. To take effect from 1st July, 1920.”
