REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I, SIR WILLIAM HILL IRVINE, Deputy of the Governor-General in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1918, to come into operation forthwith.

Dated this twenty-fifth day of August, 1921.

Regulations for the Royal Military College of Australia 1921.

Amendment.

Regulation 6 (d) is cancelled and the following substituted in lieu thereof:—

“(d) be of British origin or descent, of which the Minister of State for Defence for the time being shall be the judge.”
