REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1918 to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment.

Appendix VI. is amended by inserting at the end of paragraph 5, the following:—

“A.M. Form D3, Dental History Sheet, showing condition of the teeth on examination, will also be attached to the proceedings.”
