REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with
the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following
Regulations under the

Paragraph 5 of Appendix VI. is repealed and the following paragraph substituted:—
“5. The proceedings shall be recorded as follows on A.M. Form A. 23:—

A.M. Form D.3—Dental History Sheet, showing the condition of the teeth on examination will be attached to the proceedings.”
