STATUTORY RULES.

1926. No. 121.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I, THE DEPUTY OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations, under the Defence Act 1903-1918, to come into operation forthwith.

Regulations for the Royal Military College of Australia, 1921.

(Statutory Rules 1921, No. 129, as amended to this date.)

Amendment.

Regulation 44 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence:—

“A cadet should not be expelled, removed or rusticated under this regulation except with the approval of the Military Board.”
