AN ACT to amend the Royal Commissioners'
Powers Act, 1902.
[Assented to 18th December, 1956.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
| 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Royal | Short title |

Commissioners' Powers Act Amendment Act, 1956.
(2) In this Act the Royal Commissioners' Powers Act, 1902 (Act No. 28 of 1902) as amended by Act No. 6 of 1914 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Royal Commissioners' Powers Act, 1902-1956.

section ten the following section:-

| Committee | 11. For the purposes of this Act, where the of Parliament are appointed as the members of a Royal Commission, a majority of the members shall form a quorum at any meeting or sitting of the Commission and any decision of a majority of members shall be the decision of the Commission. |
