IN Government Gazette No. 1 of 7 January 2000, Folios 1 and 3, the above Proclamations were published incorrectly. The line showing “GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.” should read “JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, By Deputation from His Excellency the Governor.”
