AMENDMENT ACT 1996 No 20—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Amendment Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 21 February 1997 as the day on which that Act commences.
