(Relating to the fees and charges payable for parking vehicles on the

Trust lands)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Act

1980, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust	Regulation 1992 is
amended by inserting in clause 5 (1) after the words	“reserved land” the
words ‘‘or for the parking of vehicles on any part	of the Trust lands”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to enable the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust to levy fees and charges for the parking of vehicles on the lands administered by the Trust.

This Regulation is made under the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Act 1980, in particular section 22 (the general regulation making power).
