Royal Agricultural Society Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These are the Royal Agricultural Society Amendment
Regulations 2004.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which Part 2 Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 comes into operation or on the day of their publication in the Gazette, whichever is the later.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Royal
Agricultural Society Regulations 1942*.

4. Regulation 7 repealed
Regulation 7 is repealed.

5.             Regulation 10 amended

Regulation 10(i) is amended by deleting “Similar notice shall be
given as provided in regulation 7.” and inserting instead —
“

The secretary of the Royal Agricultural Society shall
be furnished with a copy of the notice of appeal and the
grounds of appeal at least 14 days before the appeal is

dealt with by the Minister.

”.
