Rottnest Island Amendment Regulations 2019

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Rottnest Island Amendment
Regulations 2019.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988.

4.             Schedule 6 amended

(1)	In Schedule 6 item 1 delete “$53.50” and insert:
$54.50
(2)	In Schedule 6 item 2 delete “$150.00” and insert:
$153.00

5.             Schedule 7 amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
