ROTTNEST ISLAND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Rottnest Island Amendment

Regulations 1995.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 15 amended

3.     Regulation 15 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after

subregulation (1) the following subregulation —

(1a) A copy of the waiting list maintained by the Authority

and shall be available for inspection by the public during office

hours free of charge.

Regulation 16 amended

4. Regulation 16 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after
subregulation (2) the following subregulation

(3) A copy of the register shall be kept at the offices of the Authority and shall be available for inspection by the public during office hours free of charge.
